Gentle Full Body Exfoliating/Re-hydrating Treatment $80 This treatment starts with a gentle full-body exfoliation followed by a luxurious moisturizing massage with melted coconut butter leaving your skin healthy, happy and silky smooth.
Pre-Tanning Skin Treatment $80 This treatment is basically the same treatment as the Gentle Full-Body Exfoliation, only done before you tan. Exfoliation before tanning can create a more even and longer lasting tan. By removing dead and dying skin cells, which can leave the skin with ashy patches- reflecting the light of the tanning booth- you assure a more even tan. Hydrating your skin with coconut butter not only protects the skin's moisture and nutrient levels, but can also act as an excellent natural tanning accelerator. These factors combined translates to a deeper longer lasting tan with potentially less time in the booth. Plus it feels pretty fantastic.

Gua Sha Add On Gua Sha is an ancient healing technique commonly used throughout Asia. Gua means to rub or friction. Sha is the term used to describe congestion of blood, lymph and ground fluid trapped within the body's connective tissues. When friction is applied in repeated even strokes with a specialized tool, the sha will be drawn to the surface of the skin and then circulated and processed out of the body rather than staying stuck and stagnant. Benefits of Gua Sha include: moving blood and other substances trapped in connective tissue, promoting normal circulation to the muscles, tissues, and organs directly beneath the surface treated, decreasing pain and stiffness while increasing mobility and decreasing inflammation and fever in deeper tissues. This service can be incorporated into any massage session upon request.

In-Home/On-Site 90 minute Thai Yoga Massage $120 Thai Yoga Massage is a system of massage, physical manipulation and stretching developed in Thailand and influenced by the traditional medicine systems of India, China and much of Southeast Asia. Traditionally this method of massage treatment is performed on a mat on the floor or a wide bed with plenty of surface area for the practitioner and recipient to move around on and shift positions. The recipient typically receives the massage clothed in either loose fitting comfortable clothing or yoga/exercise attire. The practitioner positions, stretches and otherwise manipulates the recipients body while applying various rhythmic compression and acupressure techniques to help alleviate tension and stiffness from the recipients body. This modality is a very comforting and healing method of bodywork with a long and rich history. To schedule this On-Site service you must call 816-694-0274 to arrange the details or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org

Sports Massage Sports Massage is a type of massage designed for active people who engage in athletics or fitness training. Engaging in sport can be hard on the body and can often lead to injuries in both the short and long term. Sports Massage enhances performance, prolongs a sports career by helping to prevent injury, reduces pain and swelling in the body, relaxes the mind, increases flexibility, and dramatically improves recovery rates. Sports Massage is also highly effective in aiding the rapid recovery of an athlete from an injury by encouraging greater kinesthetic awareness and in turn promoting the body's natural immune function.
Swe-Thai and Thai Yoga Massage Swe-Thai massage is a unique form of massage therapy, combining traditional Thai Yoga stretching with a Relaxation (Swedish) Massage. At times the therapist will be on the table during some of the session, in order to use a greater degree of control and leverage while performing stretching and and compression techniques. Clients say Swe-Thai massage is like doing yoga without doing any of the work. A single Swe-Thai massage session works with the muscles, bones and joints and will help you release stress and relieve pain, increase your range of motion and help you function more effectively at work and home.
